We feel a visit to our works benefits all parties as engineers can speak to engineers. One recent customer came to visit us as he was experiencing problems with a repair company. We showed him how an assessment is carried out, what we had found with a supposedly good motor, explained to him about how we align the resolver for this type and how we carry out a load test to prove the repair. Our approach must have pleased him as we are now seeing his work.
